Plasma B-cells for Antibody Discovery and Cancer Therapeutics

I walk through how we can use a mouse’s immune system to create plasma B cells that will help us find antibodies to kill a cancer. I also talk about the use of cell sorters (flow cytometry) to enrich the plasma B cells for downstream assays.
